Is there a way to print customer labels on QB online? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for contacting us here on Community superiorplastics.

There is no feature for labels in QuickBooks Online at this moment in time, we are always looking for new ways in which we can help our customer and better support their business' we do this through feedback which can be provided on this link. Any feedback given is reviewed by our product development team who will look at the potential of including this into QuickBooks Online in a future release.

Please let us know if there is anything else which we can help with.

Sorry QB but the inability to print postage labels is, in our case, a definite failing of your system. Surely most on-line retailers need to send goods to their customers. There also doesn't seem to be an app to execute this process. Without a method we will have to type out 20 addresses a day at significant cost with the potential of errors. is there a work around? We are currently evaluating QB and sorry, this is a significant negative towards your product.

Hi Plasmapart,

With 20 addresses each day, having an option to print a label would really be useful to you. I'll be sure to pass your feedback to our product development team.

The workaround is you can create a mailing list using the Contact List report, and export it to Excel. Then, remove the unnecessary columns, and use the mail merge feature in MS Word to create a label. You can check the detailed steps in this article: How to create a mailing list using the Contact List report.

Please let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!
