New Design and Look?????!!!!!

So are Intuit going to dump another GUI change on us all without so much as a test or information as to when this will happen?

Why all the constant changes? I think if you ask your customers who came over from Desktop is it was consistent year after year. Made for very efficient productivity.

New Design and Look?????!!!!!

I understand your preference for consistency, Mark. Allow me to clarify the current changes in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The current update has primarily focused on the login page, introducing a new look. However, the core functionality of QBO remains unchanged. It pertains only to the login page, making it a more aesthetically pleasing interface.

We value your thoughts regarding the timeline for future updates. I encourage you to provide feedback directly to our product developers, utilizing the Feedback option in your QBO. Your input is valuable in helping the product development team understand user needs better and potentially guide future updates.

To send your input, here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon located at the top-right corner of your screen.
  3.  Under the Profile section, select Feedback.
  4. Type in your suggestions and then click on Next.

To keep updated on the product's latest release and updates, you can check out this article: QuickBooks Blog.

Additionally, I want to highlight these resources that can assist with your bank transactions in QBO to ensure thorough financial management:

New Design and Look?????!!!!!

The information as to when changes in the GUI of QuickBooks Community has no time frame, Mark. Let me discuss this further.

The new look is on the way prompt when you log in to your QuickBooks Online account doesn't affect the interface inside of your QuickBooks. This update only focused on the login page to look more modern. Also, please know that if there are upcoming updates that affect the interface inside of your QuickBooks account, rest assured that you'll receive an email about it.

Moreover, the edit button in the forum in the QuickBooks Community has removed the ability to edit due to some users taking advantage of it to try and direct users to potentially dangerous websites. If you need to make a change to your post or add additional information, please post a Reply to the original post. To remove personal information, use the Report Inappropriate Content function to send a message to our moderation team.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your post in the QuickBooks Community.
  2. Click on the 3 vertical dots to the right part of the post.
  3. Select Report Inappropriate Content from the dropdown list.

Additionally, you might want to check the Help Articles and have an easy-to-access page to familiarize different tasks in QBO.

If you have other concerns about the changes in the Community, just add them in the comments. We're always around to help. Keep safe.

New Design and Look?????!!!!!

@MAnneJNot sure you are on the same page here. My screenshot of the main QBO login screen says there is a new look coming soon. I am assuming that this is to QBO not these forums. I'm not sure anyone really cares about how these forums look.

So, back on topic. Is QBO GUI changing yet again?

PS. I asked about the ability to edit a previous post as I'd forgotten to post the screenshot showing the QBO login page showing the information about the change.
