Hi there, littlepawsnclaws,
It's possible those notes and attachments were accidentally deleted or removed. That's why you aren't seeing them in QuickBooks Online on your iPad.
Usually, you can find them in the transaction itself or in the attachment list on your account. Let's log in to your account using a web browser and check them. Use supported browsers to access QuickBooks Online, then enter your login credentials.
If you can see them from there, then you can uninstall and reinstall the app. This is to check where the issue is coming from. Otherwise, you can locate them where you originally saved on your device. Then, add them again.
Here's how:
- Tap Sales from the main menu on the app.
- Select the type of transaction from the drop-down ▼ list.
- Select the transaction you want to attach a note.
- Tap Add notes or attachments.
- To create a new note, tap Create a note.
- Enter the info, then tap Save.
- To attach an existing note, find the note to attach in the list.
- Select Attach to attach it to form.
I've added this article for additional guidance: Add a note to a transaction (iPhone or iPad).
Keep me posted if there's anything else you need. I'll be glad to help you out.
