Welcome to the Community, @rileyclive.
We aim to deliver customer satisfaction at all times. Besides, this isn't the kind of customer service I desire you to experience. I'll make sure you can print payslips successfully.
First, let's open your browser in incognito/private mode to check if a browser causes it. Also, this mode doesn't use the existing cache data files to load a webpage.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: press Command+Shift+N
If it works fine with a private browser, I suggest clearing your browser's cache to start fresh.
Once done, you can go to Payroll Settings to check the paycheck option before printing them in QuickBooks Online.
Here's how:
Set up your paycheck printing preferences
- Go to the Gear icon at the upper right corner and choose Payroll Settings.
- Click the Preferences and click Paycheck Printing Settings.
- Make sure that the Pre-printed check stock is selected.
- Hit OK.
Print paychecks
- Go to the Payroll menu, then select Employees.
- In the My Payroll section, select Paycheck List.
- Select the paychecks you'd like to print, then select Print.
Lastly, I've also added an article that can help you how to troubleshoot problems in QuickBooks Online: Troubleshoot printing paychecks, pay stubs, and forms.
You can tap me any time if you need a hand-printing paycheck in QuickBooks. I'd be glad to help you out. Take care!
