Hi there,

I want to see what the Payslips Look like with online. I need to kn ow whether I need a separate process, where I print to PDF and copy into a better format, with the right information for the company, or whether it fits. I want to do this before i have to run payroll for the first time after 6th April.

How can I see what the payslips will look like?

Kindest regards

Rosco

Hello again, RoscoPC. I'm here to lend a hand.

To ensure we're on the same page, can you please verify what payroll provider you're currently using? This is to ensure I'd be able to provide the best resolution for you.

If you're using Paysuites, to view and print payslips, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. Go to the Employees menu.
  2. Select Payslip or Reports.
  3. Choose Payslip report.
  4. Pick the payslip you want to print.
  5. Hit the Print icon.
  6. Click Print.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Standard payroll, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. From the left menu, click Employees.
  2. Select the employee whose payslip you want to view.
  3. Pick Payslips.
  4. Choose a specific payslip to view.
  5. Hit Download Payslip.

From there, you'd able to see what pasylip looks like.

Hi there,

I have not paid anyone yet, I am using Payroll advanced. I'm moving from desktop to Online, but need to see what I will be sending to my employees before I run payroll online.

Please let me know what I can do to see payslips format before I issue them live?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for getting back to us and confirming that information RoscoPC.

In Advanced Payroll, you will first need to run a draft payroll by going to Employees > New Pay Run > Create (you do not need to submit this, and can delete or edit the pay-run after). On the next screen, you will see the button to select to view 'Draft Pay Slips'.

To delete the payroll once you have viewed the payslips, go to Employees > Pay Runs > Click into the pay run listed to open > Select 'Delete Pay Run'.

You can also see more on customisation options and adding logo's to your payslips here.
