To ensure we're on the same page, can you please verify what payroll provider you're currently using? This is to ensure I'd be able to provide the best resolution for you.
If you're using Paysuites, to view and print payslips, here's what you'll need to do:
- Go to the Employees menu.
- Select Payslip or Reports.
- Choose Payslip report.
- Pick the payslip you want to print.
- Hit the Print icon.
- Click Print.
If you're using QuickBooks Online Standard payroll, here's what you'll need to do:
- From the left menu, click Employees.
- Select the employee whose payslip you want to view.
- Pick Payslips.
- Choose a specific payslip to view.
- Hit Download Payslip.
From there, you'd able to see what pasylip looks like.
