Users have noticed that their mileage isn't properly tracking all trips. Our engineers are working diligently to fix this odd behavior so that all affected customers' mileage data are recorded correctly.
In the meantime, you can manually record mileage for trips that display inaccurately. I also advise contacting our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team and signing up for the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive email updates on the progress of the investigation.
