Another stupid, unnecessary annoyance. No I don't wish to upgrade to Advanced, so why keep asking every few days it's a joke and is distracting. There should be a check box "please don't ask me again"
We didn't have a choice in moving from QBD to QBO so can we please have a choice NOT to be constantly asked about upgrading. It's really bad practice on Intuit to do the hard sell within the service. It's just getting worse.
Hi Mark, thanks for posting on the Community
We're sorry for any annoyance caused by the in-product upgrade notifications and have flagged this back to our team to review.
Third one today!
btw that 'widget' was hidden in settings. So why is it popping back up again, oh yeah, I forgot, the hard sell...
And again...
Three today so far...
Thanks for the updates Mark. We have pased this on to the in product team to look into.
I'll keep posting these until it's sorted. I'll be as annoying as these constant ads....
Everytime I log in I get this one taking up a third of my screen, this is made worse because of the stupid 3 hour timeout meaning I see this 2-3 times a day.
My first step after logging in is my banking screen, where I'm greeted with another hard sell blocking the screen and this one CAN'T BE REMOVED.
I've not had any today which I'm supriosed about. Although not used my second company account yet...
Oh, went to log out to login to my other company....
Hello PCC Ltd, thanks for posting on this thread, we do take on board all the feedback that has been said and we'll pass this on to our product developers team.
Well as it's now been over 2 months, and they are constantly adding new one's I don't think they are listening
And another clogging up the top of the bank transactions screen, and can't be closed.
Seriously Intuit, get a grip and stop with this intrusive hard sell.
Hello PCC Ltd, thanks for sharing this with us, we appreciate the feedback and have passed it on to the team.
Again…
