Hello, we thank you for your great effort and we wish you the best always, but there are suggestions that I hope to take seriously:
1- Support for the Arabic language (very important) You have great popularity in the Middle East, but the obstacle is not supporting the Arabic language
2- Add the option to send via WhatsApp
3- There is a separate screen for the cost center showing revenues, expenses and all movements
4- Support for VAT
5- There is a separate screen for notes payable and notes receivable (taking into account that the date of addition is different from the due date)
6- There is a screen to request a price offer from the supplier
Thank you again for your great effort and I hope they will take the previous comments into consideration
Are you using QB Desktop UK version now?
Hello, Ibrahim. We appreciate your inputs for our QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) product. However, support and access to this platform's services for our UK customers has already been discontinued. I'll share further details about this below.
With the recent changes to accounting and tax regulations, Intuit have taken the decision to discontinue all QBDT services for our UK customers on 30 June, 2023. You may opt to move your data to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and enjoy the features, like VAT, sending invoices in a different language and more.
For further information why QBDT is being discontinued and how you can move to QBO, please see this article: QuickBooks Desktop discontinuation support.
Once you've decided to move to QBO, here is a link with a list of each task to help you get started: QuickBooks Online guide. For tools and resources to help you complete all your tasks and grow your business, visit the Community page.
Reach out to me again if you have other product concerns or additional questions about your QBDT data. I'm always ready to respond to them. Have a great day.
I used to use it, but I stopped because it does not have the specifications in the American version, and the company stopped updating and issuing versions.
I hope that these updates will be made in the American version and that the VAT tax will be supported in the American version QuickBooks desktop
US companies do not use VAT. You may consider using QBD CA version if necessary. Canadian companies use GST and work similarly to VAT. Last option, you can stick with the QB Desktop UK version even if they don't support it anymore.
