Transfer from desktop to online

We are due to move to Quickbooks Online from the desktop version on the 30th March. With the current climate please can you tell me whether this will still go along our expected timeline and will staff be available to manage the file transfer?

Thanks for joining us here in the Community, @Lsnap.

I'd like to inform you that our business and support are still working as usual despite the current climate situation. That said, you'll still be able to move your data from QuickBooks Desktop to the Online version on the 30th of March.

Here are the links of the processes that you're going to take when converting your data:

I also encourage you to visit the QuickBooks Online Blog to be updated with the latest news of our products and services during this COVID-19 outbreak.

I've added here an article that contains tutorials on how to navigate QuickBooks Online together with its great features: Get started with QuickBooks Online.

Please know that my doors are always open to help if there's anything else you need. Just let me know by leaving a reply below. Take care!

@Lsnap

I would recommend you to do a trial run to migrate your data prior to March 30. You can purge your account multiple times later. Make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.

Hope it helps.
