I am following the online instructions to change my company telephone number on my invoices to clients, but it is not working. I input the number and go to the "Save" button - but it is greyed out. I need to send out an invoice tonight with the correct number on it and there is no way to contact anyone in support by chat or phone!

Our UK support hours in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) have a specific allotted time which are only available from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM. That explains why you didn't get the chance to contact our live support.
In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps for you to be able to have the Save button again on your end. You can try logging in to your QBSE account using a private browser as it ignores websites from using cookies and doesn’t record any history and data. You can use either of these shortcut keys on your keyboard to access incognito mode:
If this works, it means you have to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result, I recommend switching to a different supported browser as an alternative.
