Why is Quickbooks Online so slow??? I find it slow at the best of times but for twice in the space of a few days Quickbooks is unusable!!!! I have been on hold for almost 25 minutes trying to speak to someone.

Many thanks for the reply. Can you advise if anything will be done to stop this happening in the future? I am still waiting to start my job and am unable to do so! I don't know why you had to close down Quickbooks Desktop, the online version is not user friendly and we wouldn't be having these issues.
