Choosing the right version for your country is important. Allow me to share some insights with you on how you can set up your QuickBooks Global account. Please know that we're unable to switch versions from one country to another. You'll need to subscribe to a brand-new account for the country you want to use and cancel the service for United Kingdom.
I can guide you through the steps to get the correct country for QuickBooks Online. To sign-up for the service and establish your new company, go to this link: Choose your country for QuickBooks. From there, you can buy and avail any promotions for the program. Click the "Buy now or Free 30-day trial" options for the product you think will work for your business. Once you establish the correct account, proceed to cancel the UK product. Follow these steps to cancel a QBO United Kingdom account:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Click the Gear icon at the top right section of your Dashboard.
- Tap Account and Settings.
- Choose Billing & Subscription.
- Find the product then click Cancel or Cancel trial.
- Hit Continue to cancel.
- Answer the short survey, and select Confirm cancel.
