I always reconnect each 90 days no issues. For some reason this time it will not reconnect. Anyone else got issues currently and how have you resolved them please?
Kind Regards Sonia xx
Thanks for posting here about this banking problem in QBO, Sonia,
I want to help you resolve this unexpected issue in your account. With that, I need to know what financial institution are you using for online banking? I need this information to check with our engineers if there's any reported issues for your bank that is under investigation.
There are a few reasons why you're unable to connect your bank or getting errors in QuickBooks Online Banking. Consider the following:
In the meantime, try doing these steps and see if makes any difference:
To learn more about fixing online banking issues, see this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online?
If the transactions are not coming in and you're in rush to get bank transactions in your account for reconciliation, the only option is to upload them manually. Please know that when the online banking connection resumes, the bank will re-download the transactions that were not fetched before.
To avoid any duplicates, you can exclude them in the For Review tab so it doesn't add in to your register twice. Here's how:
Excluded transactions are then moved to the Excluded tab, and won’t be added to QuickBooks or be downloaded again. To permanently delete duplicate entries, put a check mark on them, then hit Delete.
Kindly update me with the additional info about the issue, as I want to make sure this banking concern is fully fixed. I'll be more than glad to share additional insights and assistance any time. Have a wonderful day!
Hi
I tried to respond to the email you sent me from this but it says no reply.
Ive tried to do task above unsuccessfully. The message asked for my bank details and I didn't feel happy putting these in here as email didn't work.
I have asked at my bank and many people are unable to connect to Quickbooks now. I haven't been able to do this years so far

I'm having the same problem. We've had no direct bank feeds since 6th July with CAF Bank - Quickbooks just keep saying they're looking into it which doesn't help at all!
Hello GillianP, thanks for posting on this thread, so currently CAF bank is still not available on open banking, if you have a look at this article it tells you which banks are and are not available to connect to. For CAF bank you need, Bank connection is available using Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
You will need to enter your user ID and password when you update new transactions. We are still working on getting this connection available on open banking.
Thanks for your reply Ashleigh. Unfortunately your suggestion doesn't work either, tried it numerous times.
Hi GillianP, with it not working for you, it will be a case of having to continue to csv the transactions in until the bank become available on open banking.
