In addition to the steps you've taken, you also want to check the status of the sales receipts.
First, you can check if they are show in your bank register. If they are there, the second thing you want to check is their reconciliation status. If they are marked with R (Reconciled), they will no longer show on your reconciliation. You can click the R mark until it changes to C (Cleared) or until the field becomes blank, then save it. That way, they'll show up when you reconcile.
On the other hand, if you can't find them in the bank register, this means they are not deposited yet. Thus, you'll want to deposit them, and you can proceed with your reconciliation.
