Let's get this working, lee_osborne.

 

Cache helps your browser's background processes run smoothly. However, it can also cause issues when piled up. Here's how to get rid of any-cache related concerns:

  1. Open a private browser and log in to your QBO account. It uses but doesn't store cache.
  2. If you can edit or create mileage trips successfully, we can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
  3. Other supported browsers are good alternatives, too. Each of them uses a different cache.

If the same thing happens, contacting our Technical Support Team would be our best course of action since the troubleshooting steps didn't work. They can review the situation and provide additional steps to get this working.

The mileage module seems to have undergone quite a few changes recently and now I am having a lot of trouble entering journeys random duplicates and unable to alter dates

I have done a bit more investigation and it seems that the drop-down date selection pane is at fault, I was trying to modify an entry from Tuesday 20th October to Wednesday 21st October, however it seemed as though it wasn't accepting the change as the records remained dated 20th October, I then decided to make the change to Thursday 22nd October and it changed the date of the record to Wednesday 21st October.

I have noticed that various online modules have an inconsistency when selecting dates from a drop-down window, some have Sunday as the first column and others have Monday as the first column, this one seems even more confused!!!
