Thanks for updating us on this, lynne_mc. I know how difficult is it when you can't find the Save button. It's my priority to ensure this gets resolved.

Before proceeding, can we ask for a screenshot of the page where the Save option is located? This way, we'll be able to further investigate why it's missing.

For now, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This helps determine if this is a browser-related issue.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once signed, try saving the report. If it does, let's clear the browser's cache. TThis removes its stored files to ensure the program performs efficiently.

If private browsing doesn't work, I'd suggest using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you personalise your reports in QuickBooks Online. This lets you focus on the details that matter the most to your business: Customising Reports.

Hi there, @lynne_mc. Allow me to share some insights about saving a report.

Some reports in QuickBooks are standard and non-customizable, such as the P32 report. However, we can download it to PDF or Excel. This way, it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.

Being able to save it would be awesome. Rest assured that I'll relay this message to our team in concern here on my end and add your vote for this one. You can also share your thoughts and ideas through your account. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
    Capture.JPG
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

Additionally, I've got some articles where you can get more info about the report:

You can always drop by the Community if you need help with running reports. We'd be happy to help.

Hi, thanks for reply, there has always been a “save” botton after in-putting cis figures, but there is not that option now it has disappeared.
