Thanks for updating us on this, lynne_mc. I know how difficult is it when you can't find the Save button. It's my priority to ensure this gets resolved.
Before proceeding, can we ask for a screenshot of the page where the Save option is located? This way, we'll be able to further investigate why it's missing.
For now, I'd recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. This helps determine if this is a browser-related issue.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

If private browsing doesn't work, I'd suggest using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you personalise your reports in QuickBooks Online. This lets you focus on the details that matter the most to your business: Customising Reports.
Please keep us posted if you have other questions or concerns about managing and running reports in QuickBooks, lynne_mc. It's our priority to ensure your books are accurate.

You can also share your thoughts and ideas through your account. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.
Here's how:
Additionally, I've got some articles where you can get more info about the report:
You can always drop by the Community if you need help with running reports. We'd be happy to help.
Hi, thanks for reply, there has always been a “save” botton after in-putting cis figures, but there is not that option now it has disappeared.
