Customer statements. After selecting customer there are no selections available in Batch Actions drop down.

Welcome back to the Community, communityoil.

I checked if there's an ongoing issue about this, but there isn't currently one. You should be able to select the Create Statement option in the Batch actions drop-down.

As an initial troubleshooting step, try logging into your account using a private browser. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, thus causing some unusual responses.

To use a private browser, here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once logged in, go back to the Customers page again to double-check. Here's how:

  1. Click the Sales menu to get to the Customers page.
  2. Pick a customer, then select the Batch actions drop-down and choose Create statements.

For additional information, check out this article: Create customer statements.

If it works, return to your default browser and perform clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate.

Please let me know if you have any other issues or concerns in the comment section below. I'll be here to help. Cheers!
