Once canceled, you'll have read-only access to your data for up to a year. Before proceeding, I recommend exporting reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online. This way, you can keep a copy of them for future use. Afterward, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
- Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online in the QuickBooks section.
- Follow the onscreen steps.
