HSBC is connecting but not showing me new transactions but not reporting any faults. any ideas?

I have refreshed my accounts in the app and also through the website - no new transactions since 17th Feb 2020 are showing ( there has definitely been several transactions from then until now) but it just says there are no new transactions.

 

I am using the quickbooks self employed app, can someone please help - this has never happened before

When you update the account does it update the balance but just not bring any transactions though for you.

Hello Richportman, 

 

We are aware of this issue, our banking engineers are working on this until the issue is solved you will just need to csv your transactions into your account.

This issue is already reported to our engineers. Rest assured they're all hands to fix this as soon as possible to get you back in working order.

 

In the meantime, let's upload your bank transactions to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account. Let me guide you how:

  1. Sign in to your bank website and download the transactions from there.
  2. Once done, go the Banking menu.
  3. Click the Banking tab.
  4. Select your HSBC bank.
  5. Click File upload from the Update drop-down menu.

Then, to be notified about the latest news and updates about this issue, I recommend contacting our support team. From there, they'll add you to the list of affected users and notify you via email. To contact them, you can follow these steps below:

Mine does this every few months and makes QuickBooks look like a joke. It's screwing up my time and I'm not happy!
