Welcome to the thread, Daniel12m. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
When QuickBooks Online app is encountering performance issues, it can be resolved by resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state.
To do this task, here's what you'll need to do:
If the issue persists, I'd suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the QuickBooks app to get this fixed. You can check this article for more guidance: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac: General support.

Hi,
In the Ipad app, I have refreshed Data in Help & Feedback in the Navigation bar..
I have also reinstalled the app but nothing has changed. There is still no option in the Ipad app to change the report. The option is there however in the Iphone app.
Please advise,
Thanks

Hello Corm76,
Thank you for commenting on this thread,
Have you got the latest version of the app on your ipad?
Also have you tried the refresh in the app that's been posted on this thread and the uninstall and reinstall as well?
Yes, refreshed and reloaded app on latest IOS
Hello Corm76,
Thanks for the screenshot we can see it is in US or CAN version so they might have removed the option for this when they did the upgrade and that is why you are not seeing or getting that option anymore.
Ok...... can we get it back?
Unfortaunly there is no way for you to get it back, it might be something that they bring back in the future.
Who is “they”?
The developers who do the changes and upgrades on Quickbooks.
I brought this issue up with customer care back in April.
I am still waiting for a response.
i would like to have the option of changing the dates on the iPad version. It seems like a glitch that you can’t do it.
thanks
Are you a QuickBooks employee?
How about you email which ever genius in development took it out and tell them to put it back? Time is a fairly standard unit of measurement and necessary when creating reports.
Hi Daniel12m & Corm76,
I've pulled up the following investigation for this issue - INV-45625 IOS iPad App - Unable to customise date range of Profit and Loss Report and our developers are working to restore this functionality. The workaround while this is in progress is to use the iPad browser temporarily to be able to change the date range on the report, please get back to us below if you'd like to be added to the investigation so that you'll receive email notification once fixed.
Thanks =)
Yes please
I really need a weekly profit and loss report. If i cannot have it i will terminate my contract with QuickBooks as it is my main reason for joining. Any adea for a timeframe for sorting this flaw?
Hello Kora00, Thanks for posting on this thread, You will have to custom the date when running the P&L report. There is no option to turn on the P&L to be counted to weekly since P&L are supposed to cover a whole financial year. We have taken on board what you have said as feedback and passed it onto the developer team.
