which asks another option about credit cards or creditwise?
Which I wonder whether it gets stuck here but just a thought.

Hello Russell,
We are aware of the issue connecting to CapitalOne - they have updated their site, which has stopped QuickBooks from being able to connect. Our engineers are working on resolving the issue with the bank as quickly as possible.

If you can PM us on Twitter or DM us on Facebook with the email address associated with your QuickBooks account we can locate your specific case relating the issue and see if there are any updates.
Capital One connection had been fixed and working fine for a little while. It's now not working again. It keeps saying There's a temporary issue try again in a couple of hours or something unexpected happened try again in a couple hours. This has been going on for about a 2 weeks.
