The automated reports are not generated locally. The standing request is for an Excel-Compatible report format which used to work perfectly well each week. Lately however, the Club Officers who receive the reports weekly via our distribution list have received Excel Sheets which contain very many rows where the data in the 'Description' Field of the reports is missing. None of the descriptions is blank (or too long for the field size) in the entries in Quick Books but the reports have not pulled in all the data or displayed it.
The missing data started a few months ago on occasional rows but this month most of the data is missing so the problem is now intolerable. The automated reports are delivered in Excel format and are viewed using Excel not a browser. Your cache-emptying suggestion does not not help I'm afraid.
I use three different browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox) depending on which machine I am using.
