Hi Sallybennett1, Thanks for getting in touch with the Community about the preview issue. The black bar at the bottom not showing the preview as visible, this is something which has been raised up to our engineers to fix, we'll add your company to those affected, and yes if you can just click where it should be in the meantime it will still come up.
Actually I just found that I can view/print them after all. The black bar at the bottom of the screen has the "Send" etc options at the right hand side. The options to preview and print etc were in the middle of the bar but are no longer visible. I found that if I click in that general area, the option to view and print them comes up! Seems to be a fault with the display.

We seem to have the same problem, cannot print or preview customer statements. We need help please?

You can start by accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private browser. This is a great way to isolate the issue since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts below:
Once open, go back to the Customers tab from the Sales menu. Then, you can view print/preview statements again.
If it works, clear cache and cookies on your regular browser. If not, I suggest using other supported browsers to isolate this issue.

Hi Sandra163, we have had no other reports of this come though/. when you click preview and it creates a window with the statement on,, if this is not happening can you either send us a screenshot here or ring the desktop helpline on 0808 168 9535 and you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent on the phone and they can have a look and see what is going for you.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
