With my previous paye software, I was able to run a report to tell me how much paye payment was due to be paid to HMRC. I can't seem to find this in Quickbooks Online.

I want to keep up to date with payments due to HMRC with my employee paye. Why can't I find total paye deductions to indicate how much I need to pay HMRC? This is so frustrating.

Thanks for posting here in the QuickBooks Support page, @gcj1971.

I can share some insights to help you out with the report you want to see in the program.

You can look for the P32 report for this. It details all payments owing and already paid to HMRC on a per month basis within a financial tax year. Otherwise, you could use your gross-to-net reports to calculate it.

You can find these from the Reports section of your QBO account. You can also log into your HMRC account and view the amont due after 72 hours if you've submitted to HMRC.

To learn more about the P32 report, see this link: Employment Payment Record (P32) report for QuickBooks Online Standard Payroll

You may read through these additional resources about this topic.

Post here again if you have any other questions with payroll reports in QuickBooks Online UK. I'll be around to provide further assistance. Take care!
