All expenses categories have disappeared……help

Hellon Kings_71, welcome to the QuickBooks Community regarding expense categories disappearing. Are you seeing this in the IOS app? If you are this is something our engineers are currently investigating and working on a fix now. In the meantime, it would be a case of using the browser version of QuickBooks if you are using a device. Let us know if you are using the app and we'll add to the users impacted and contact you via email as soon as this is resolved. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.

To be added to the affected users, you'll need to contact our support team. But before doing so, ensure to perform some troubleshooting steps first if you're using an app or a browser.

Here's how to reach them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
3. Type in Talk to a human, then press Enter.
4. Select Contact Support Team.
5. Type again Talk to a human and click Contact Support Team.
6. Choose a way to connect with us.
