Can you tell me why manually uploaded bank transactions are not showing up anywhere even though QBO said they were successfully uploaded and ready for review? June 2024

Thank you for reaching out to the Community, Amrit. I can show you how to check the missing bank transaction in your QuickBooks Online(QBO) account.

 

When you have uploaded your bank transactions to your account, but they are not showing up, you can check for the missing transaction in the banking menu of your QBO account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions. Then, select Bank transactions.
  2. Choose the bank tile where you downloaded the transaction from.
  3. Click the For review tab. This is where you can find your recently downloaded transactions.
  4. Click the Categorised tab for all transactions that are already been categorised.

 

Furthermore, you can also consider reviewing your account history by accessing your Chart of accounts.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Chart of accounts.
  2. Locate the bank account where you downloaded the transactions, then click Account history.
  3. Look for the transaction. Select the transaction to get more details.

I have checked it but the transactions I uploaded are not showing anywhere, not for review, categories, account history, nowhere. 
Bank transactions I uploaded are not actually uploaded to QB even tho it’s says ‘Done’
I am trying to upload bank statement for credit card account.

There is nothing in For Review Tab or Categories

To have this matter investigated, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support to check the leading cause of why your bank entries appear to be missing after manually uploading this. Doing so will allow you to share your screen with our phone support and enable them to examine your account while maintaining your privacy. You can proceed to the below to begin:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chat box, select Talk to a Human or tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
  4. Then, type in your reason for contacting us in the What can we help you with? Box and click Continue.
  5. From there, choose a way to connect with us: Chat with us, get a Callback, or call our support line directly by getting our Phone number.
