The initial step I can provide is to run your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private browser. Private mode prevents storing cache and web history to avoid issues when running websites. Next, attempt to create an invoice again. If it works, you have to clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate. If not, I recommend using another supported browser. It could be that your current browser has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Just sent you a more detailed reply, but your website had an error sending the message and delated all my text. Don't have time to write it out again, but as per your advice I emptied my cache and that seemed to fix the issue for now so thanks.
