Glad to see you here, Sustainify. This issue varies if it happens to all of your customers or just one.
Please know that your customers won't have a Pay invoice or Review and pay button if you don't have an online payment set up. You can sign up to GoCardless or any third-party application that can process this.
Here's how to set i up:
- In QuickBooks, select + New and then Invoice.
- Choose Set up Direct Debit with GoCardless.
- Pick Connect and follow the onscreen instructions.
- Once GoCardless is connected to QuickBooks select Let’s go.
