I have attached photo of various receipts but when I open the expense and click on uploaded jpg, nothing show in the tab that opens

It's going to be a nightmare to see which aren't showing properly yo redo.

Hi ben-robinson3, thanks for joining the QB Community - this sounds unusual, and we'd like to take a closer look at this for you. Does the attachment appear blank when viewing this on more than one web browser and incognito browsing window? You can access the incognito window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n in Chrome or MS Edge, or ⌘ + Shift + n if using a Mac. :)

This is trying to open with Firefox

results in Firefox say "cannot be displayed as it contains errore."

Appears white screen in incognito browsing in Chrome. Hopethis helps. This is a huge problem for me!

Since you’re still experiencing the same issue, I’d recommend contacting our Support Team. From there, one of our representatives can pull up your account and investigate this further. Please also take note of the support hours so we can address your concerns on time.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Choose the Search tab and then Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Hit Continue.
