When I look in the QB's apps it suggests Paypal but the reviews are not good!

Hi sknight3, QuickBooks Online currently supports third-party payments through PayPal and GoCardless (for direct debits). If you don't wish to use either of these options, you can also enter your payment details on the invoice for the customer to pay manually via their chosen method.
