I can show you two ways to do this which worked for me as well, danieljlmiller.
At this time, adding the customer's email address and phone number on the invoice to be printed or sent is not available. The first workaround is to add these details on the Billing address section. This way, they'll be displayed when creating, printing and sending the invoice.
Here's how:
The second one is to set up two custom fields for the email and phone. Then, manually enter the details when creating the invoice.
Here's how:
I'd encourage you to send a feature request to have this option added in an update soon.

How about instead of workarounds...... how about just added a checkbox in setup to add phone numbers and emails to invoices????
Why is it so difficult to get even basic things done in Quickbooks? And while I'm on my soapbox, how about a simple aging statement for the bottom? My simple generic $50 accounting software before did that....

He Charies_M, this feature has been requested, re-requested, and re-re-re-requested a million times and it just gets ignored. Sht like this is why this online product sucks and NO ONE should move to it. The desktop one will stay superior because it doesn't have hiccups and interruptions. In any case, it disingenuous for you to tell this person that "it may become available", what have you been working here a week? Get bent. I take solace in knowing that I've prevented my clients from considering the online edition until you get your act together. It's been over two years now and you still can't get a simple email or phone number option on the invoice form, if anyone wants an alternative, go to freshbooks.
2 years later, still no update lmao. Ridiculous. This is such a simple request.....

To have your customer's phone number shown on the invoice, you can customise the invoice template.
Let me show you how:
Once done, try to create an invoice again and make sure you're using the correct template. From there, you'll be able to type the customer's phone number on the invoices before printing them.

This isn't solved and it only a moron would mark it solved as you did. You actually have the GALL to say, put in a feature request. Do you realize how many people have already done this in a thread you necro'ed from YEARS ago??? What a fcking joke, you may as well just remove feature request from the help menu, its fictitious. By the way, after removing the Quickbooks desktop app and forcing windows users to use Chrome, how good did it feel to have the zero day Chrome compromise sitting in the same browser that you rely on for QBO? How stupid was it to base your entire security Google Chrome for the online version of your software that houses not only company information but all a company's client information. You have the WORST support of any corporation your size and it has steadily gotten worse, not better over time. Stop marking issues solved unless you actually FCKING solve them.
