Can you confirm that you are selecting the template you have uploaded the logo to when creating an invoice?

Hi Talia,
I have set the form as default in 'Custom form Styles'. When I click the 'edit' button the preview shows the logo, but it doesn't appear when I print or e-mail.

Hi Talia,
No, it doesn't. I was getting a message saying 'Not Found' and 'You are not authorised to view this page', but now the PDF displays, but still no logo showing.

Can you go to custom form styles,click on edit,click on the plus symbol where the logo is and then PM us the section that comes up the header should be logos

That is correct. I only have one logo uploaded and this shows in the window.
