Let's make sure you'll be able to email images of your receipts to QuickBooks, rl14.
For now, we didn't receive any reports pertaining to forwarding receipts. Aside from the e-mail address that is showing as verified on the receipts forwarding page, you'll have to set up the email address and ensure that it needs to be the same as the one you use to sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed. However, if you're still having the same issue, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can investigate this further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
In the meantime, you can either attach the receipt to the transaction or scan the receipt and attach it. In addition, QuickBooks puts your transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C. For your reference, please read this article: Categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

thanks. however, if you read my question carefully, you'll see that the desired e-mail address is showing as verified in the receipts forwarding page and still being rejected. hence the support query.
