Editing as many categorised expense transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is my priority, @gemma-ryder.
The For review tab is the default page when you visit the Banking menu to review your transactions. Ideally, you're able to edit the category of an expense transaction from the For review tab before adding it to your account register. However, when you're trying to edit through the Categorised tab, it'll automatically jump back to the For review page.
That being said, I recommend editing your categorised expenses through your account register or the Account History page. This way, there'll be no need for you to go back to the Categorised page and scroll to the dates you're working on every time. Here's how:
Additionally, reviewing your downloaded bank and credit card transactions is a good accounting practice. This is because you're putting your transactions in the correct accounts.
