Let's clear the existing cache data and other stored QuickBooks files to refresh the application. It can be done by uninstalling and reinstalling the program from your mobile device.

Alternatively, users can access an account via a mobile browser. It works the same with the browsers on the Desktop.

This has been reported before. However, a fix has been rolled out in the new update. That's why Alcaeus also suggested to re-install your app.
I will let you contact our QBO Support so they can check your app using more tools.
