Hi chgreenaway,
If the PayPal receipt transactions are showing on your Banking page, you can use the Find match feature to look for multiple matching transactions. Then, if there is a difference because of a fee, you can click on Resolve difference and enter the details in the below table of that page.
Feel free to post again if you have other questions.
I don’t really understand your reply. I know about finding a match, but can’t see how that resolves my issue.
I have automatic bank updates. Until last March the PayPal transactions were split in 2 - the fee and the rest. Now the gross amount just shows as a deposit. No fees.
I'm here to route you to the right support, Celia G.
I know the importance of tracking your downloaded PayPal fees in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As of now, we have an ongoing investigation (INV-42500) about this issue. We recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team so you'll be added as one of the affected users.
Here's how:

In the meantime, you'll have to download transactions from your bank using a CSV file. Then, manually upload them into QBO.
To ensure your financial records are accurate, I suggest reviewing the downloaded transactions and put them in the correct accounts. For the detailed steps, please see this article: Categorise and Match Online Bank Transactions.
It's my pleasure to assist you. Please know that I'm always here to keep on helping with your other banking task.
This issue is still ongoing
Hi there, TAIF.
Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll share an update about the Paypal feed that is not bringing fees in QuickBooks Online.
This matter is still tagged as ongoing and we're unable to provide an exact time frame when this will be fixed. Rest assured that our engineers are working to identify the cause of this issue to provide a solution.
For now, you'll have to manually import fees into QuickBooks Online so they'll show on the banking page as a workaround.
Then, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team, so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive an update through email once this has been resolved.
Additionally, you can click this article to see steps on how you can reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements to avoid discrepancies: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions related to banking. I'll be happy to help you some more.
You may have a 3rd party app to resolve the issue.
Hi
Is the issue still ongoing.
Is there a work around?
Thank you

Thanks
Tanmoy
