CIS isn't automatically calculating on invoices

Hello Community Users! Just to add to this thread. If the CIS is not populating but you're using an API to pull through the invoices it would be a case of contacting the makers of the API.
Thanks for posting in the Community, @whibbs1.
We received reports regarding users getting the same issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO). A ticket was already created and forwarded to our Product Engineers. They're now working to fix this as quickly as possible.
That said, I highly suggest contacting our Support team so they can add you to our notification list. This helps our Engineers determine the number of affected users. An email notification will be sent to you once this has been resolved. I'll also inform you here when we get the update as well.
Here's how to reach them:
For now, you can enter the CIS amount manually on the invoices as a workaround.

I am experiencing a similar issue with CIS not calculating, however, the invoices CIS products are related to are created via the API.
If I create the CIS invoice manually, the Less CIS field populates correctly. If I enter the exact same details via the API, the Less CIS field does not populate. It is also worth noting that the Less CIS field returns as null from the API when requested from an invoice that HAS an already filled Less CIS field.
Please can you provide any information on this?
I logged this as a support ticket. The official reply is that CIS is not supported by the API.
Hello Adam, Thanks for getting in touch with the Community about the CIS not creating when invoices are imported. Which third-party app are the invoices created in, and do you have the CIS product already entered in the third-party app invoice before it uploads into QB?
The one I'm making...
The CIS product exists on QBO
Creating an invoice, setting the CIS product, amount and tax code via the API works flawlessly with exception to the Less CIS data field.
The Less CIS field populates when an invoice is made using the QBO interface
The Less CIS field does not populate when creating an invoice as above (via the API)
