I had this problem which started approximately 6 months ago. After contacting quickbooks on numerous occasions and following their instructions to remedy the situation, and also contacting my email server supplier and trying things with them, NOTHING helped. I now manually have to send each invoice, quotation and statement. Quickbooks needs to look further into this issue.
