How do i import from clients and invoices from Invoice2go?

Hello there, info693.

Getting in touch with the Invoice2go supports can help you importing invoices to QuickBooks. The reason why I recommend you to contact them is to check if they can provide supported files to successfully import them into your book.

If they can provide you with supported files, you can follow the steps below to import the invoices.

  1.

Here's how to import invoices:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Import Data under Tools.
  3. Select Invoices.

Stay in touch if you have more questions about importing transactions. I'm right here to help you more! Take care!

How do i import from clients and invoices from Invoice2go?

Hi there, cjbunts.

Let's work together to isolate the issue in QuickBooks Online so you can complete the task at hand.

Before anything else, I'd like to ensure we're on the same page regarding your concern. If your concern is related to the Import Data option, accumulated cache stored in your browser may be causing some pages in QuickBooks Online to load incorrectly. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps and start by opening your account in a private window so QuickBooks starts on a clean slate. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Then, click the Gear icon and locate the Import Data option. You can refer to the screenshot below for guidance on where to find it. If it's visible on your end, I recommend going back to your regular browser to clear its cache. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers

On the other hand, if you were referring to something else, please don't hesitate to let me know through the Reply button.
