If your concern is related to the Import Data option, accumulated cache stored in your browser may be causing some pages in QuickBooks Online to load incorrectly. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps and start by opening your account in a private window so QuickBooks starts on a clean slate. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

Then, click the Gear icon and locate the Import Data option. You can refer to the screenshot below for guidance on where to find it. If it's visible on your end, I recommend going back to your regular browser to clear its cache. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
