In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can delete your data if you need to start fresh with a new QBO company. And if your data is within 90 days of signup, you have the option to purge your account if you're using the Plus or Essentials versions. By doing this, the system deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore or reverse them.

However, if your books are over 90 days old, you need to cancel your account and start a new subscription.

If you ae using QBO Simple Start or your account > 60 days old, you should open a new blank account and cancel the old one.
Then utilize the trial version of a backup restore app during your setup.
