I understand how important it is to see the list of open invoices of your customers. Let me route you to a different support who can check this further since we’ve already provided the basic steps from here and you’re still having the same issue.
Please contact our QuickBooks Online Support, so they can check this further using more tools. They are open whole week during the usual office hours in the UK.
