Let's get this working so you can create the invoice a little faster, Shaner555.
You can temporarily uninstall the app, then reinstall it to check if the duplicate invoice function would show up. Here's how:
Then, reinstall the app using this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.intuit.qbse&hl=en&gl=US.
Once done, go back to the Invoices menu and check if you can already duplicate the transaction. Check out this article for more details: Create Invoices in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Just in case you can't still see it, you can use the web version so it's easier for you to record the transaction. Here's the link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/self-employed/.

Hi Jeno,
I tried the uninstall and reinstall before sending the message and it didn't work. Same result.
To clarify, the issue is not with duplicating Transactions, it is with using the "Duplicate Invoice" function.
A lot of my client pay every week, and when I send an invoice, the only thing that changes is the date of the service.
That's why the Duplicate Invoice function is so useful to me.
I used the web page last night and Duplicate Invoice works fine on the laptop/computer, it's only an App issue.
Many thanks

Here's how:
In the meantime, I'd suggest accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using your phone's browser. This way, you'll be able to duplicate your invoice.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help record or attach expense receipts in QuickBooks Self-Employed. This ensures your record is accurate: Create a New Transaction from a Receipt Image.
