Hi, I’ve just signed up to QuickBooks. To say it’s not been straight forward as I was hoping is an understatement. The app every time I click add transaction it crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling and that doesn’t help. Any advice that may help is much appreciated.
Hello Wadey1, Welcome to the Community page, please can you try to update the app to the newest version and reset the app data. Refreshing the date in the app, ios 1. Go to menu (three lines going down in a line) and tap Help & Feedback 2. tap Refresh Data. Note: A message appears "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest Quickbooks \Online data, you can refresh it now. It may Take a few mintues" 3. Tap Refresh to confirm if you still have any problems let us know. Thanks

I am using the self employed app. I honestly can’t see that anywhere.

I just downloaded the Sonoma OS and stupid me for doing it now my quickbooks immediately crashes without even opening up I saw a thread dates 3-23 where intuit was told of this problem by a beta user and it’s September now and intuit never put a patch the solution is to remove the software and reinstall it? Kinda backwards . Why not a patch

Upon investigation, we have identified that the issue is related to investigation number INV-94154. Although our engineering team is actively working to resolve it, we suggest using a web browser to access the features affected by the issue in the meantime as a workaround.
