Hi there.
I went on the app last night to upload receipts and noticed that a number of transactions I had previously categorised from February have now reappeared having no category and also no attached receipt. Following advice to logon to the desktop site, its still the same here. This amounts to a loss of data and I'm sure quickbooks are doing their best to sort this out as they have a duty of care to protect customers, when will it be rectified? If I handed all my information to my accountant and he simply mislaid all the receipts I would be complaining to the ICO. Help please.

The transactions that were previously categorized last February and right now have reappeared and have no category or attached receipt.
What we can do right now is go through each transaction and exclude it. I will provide you with a step on how to exclude it.

If a bank is disconnected temporarily, we can recover the transactional data but not the receipt data. So that we can take some account information to check this further for you, please begin a chat. Thank you.
So QuickBooks has lost my personal data? This is incredibly serious. I'm not sure an online chat will be sufficient. I'm well aware of how to reject or delete duplicate transactions which occur when a bank connection is temporarily lost. But to actually lose a customers data is outrageous, never have any companies i use to store online information ever had such a thing happen. I'm expecting a complete solution as soon as possible and this includes all receipts recovered.
