I normally send out cheques to suppliers with a remittance that fits into window envelopes with QB desktop. First week using QBO and I have printed remittances for suppliers and they don’t fit window envelopes, the address doesn’t show! Is there a way to adjust the form? Help appreciated.

I cannot see how this is possible. It just seems to cut our logo and there is no option for a custom form style for a remittance advice.

Did you see the Custom form styles option when you go to the Gear icon? If not, let's perform some browser troubleshooting procedures since you might experience cache issues caused by outdated or corrupted site data.
You can start by accessing your account using an incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:
