Printing Supplier remittance advice to fit window envelopes

Let me first welcome you to the Online family. I’ll be your guide so the remittances will fit on the window envelopes.

We'll go through a series of steps to get this done but rest easy, I've got your back. The first thing is to check the Page margins settings and make sure to mark the box for Fit printed form with payslip in window envelope.

This will ensure you can print the transaction smoothly. To review the current settings, please follow the steps below:
 

1. Go to the Gear icon at the top, then select Custom Form Styles.
2. Click Edit on the right side of the column.
3. At the bottom of the page, click Edit print settings.
4. Mark the box for Fit printed form with payslip in window envelope.
5. Click on Done and Save.

Now, open the bill payment and adjust the printer setup. Here's how:

1. Go to Expenses on the left panel, then select the bill payment you’re working on.
2. On the Bill Payment page, go to the bottom of the page and select Print.
3. Go to the Printer icon in the upper-right hand.
4. In the Print window, you can modify the setup by changing the information.
5. Click on Print.   

This information should have you on the right track.

I cannot see how this is possible.  It just seems to cut our logo and there is no option for a custom form style for a remittance advice.

Did you see the Custom form styles option when you go to the Gear icon? If not, let's perform some browser troubleshooting procedures since you might experience cache issues caused by outdated or corrupted site data.

You can start by accessing your account using an incognito window. Here are the shortcut keys:

• Safari: Command + Shift + N 
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P 

Then, you can follow the steps below to fix the remittance advice into the window envelopes.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom form styles.
3. Click Edit under the Action column.
4. Choose the Edit print settings.
5. Mark the box for Fit to window envelopes.
6. Hit Done.

After that, follow the rest of the steps outlined by my colleague above to print the remittance advice. If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear the cache to remove the unwanted site data. Alternatively, you can use different supported browsers.
