Self employed

I have a self employed account but upon subscription renewal the DD got rejected and when I try to re-subscribe it doesn’t let me log in yet the payment for this month has been taken off already.

I want to make sure you're able to log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, BeataPet.

 

Let's start by using a private browser or an incognito window upon logging in to your account to isolate the hurdle. This mode is free from cache files that avoid storing internet data.

 

Here’s how:

 

  • For Chrome, press and hold Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • For Firefox, press and hold Ctrl+Shift+P.
  • For Safari, press and hold Command+Shift+N.

 

When you logged in successfully to your account, clear the cache of the browser that you're currently using. You can reference the Clearing cache and cookies to fix issues article for detailed guidance.

 

You can also use a different browser since every browser uses a different cache storage folder on your computer.

 

This can help resolve fetching data errors.

 

Another workaround is to fix it by clicking the Forgot your user ID or password link to renew your password. See this article for the detailed steps: Reset your password or recover your user ID in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you're still unable to log into your account, we need to take a look at the system and see what's going on. To do that, we'll access your account and see what's preventing you from accessing the data. Though, we're unable to do it here.
