I can share some clarifications about the reports in QuickBooks Online.
A Trial Balance report only lists all accounts and their totals as either debits or credits. If you're unsure of the figures showing from the report or you need verification, I suggest viewing it from the Chart of accounts section.
From there, you can run a report and determine what transactions are associated to it. Here's how:
If you're getting unusual results after checking the account, then I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to help isolate and fix the issue. You can start with signing into your account through an incognito window.
It'll allow you to access QuickBooks without using cookies. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
If it works, I suggest you proceed with clearing the cache. There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues when using QuickBooks.

TB does not show full transactions for the year. Not sure why.
The trial balance does not show full transactions, for instance, Sale is null, Purchases are way lower than actuals
I'm here to share some information when running the Trial Balance report, mariya1.
In QuickBooks, the Trial Balance report defaults to show Active under the Show non-zero or active only field. Let's make sure to select All on that section.
Afterward, let's run the report again.
If the same thing happens, let's run some troubleshooting steps to determine why the report doesn't show the full transactions.
Let's start with an incognito window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issues. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. Once a cache is piled up, it can cause any unexpected page behavior.
You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
